Restrictions

To avoid operational and logistical conflicts, APIO enforces certain subscription restrictions.

A single user cannot have multiple active subscriptions for the same product at the same time.

This restriction ensures:

  • Correct fulfillment and delivery processes
  • Accurate billing and inventory management
  • Clear subscription ownership and lifecycle control

If a user attempts to subscribe again to a product they already have an active subscription for, APIO will reject the request.

Once the existing subscription is canceled or completed, the user may create a new subscription for the same product.
