Validity
Promotions in APIO can be configured with flexible validity rules, allowing merchants to control how long a promotion is available and under which conditions it applies.
Unlimited or Usage-Limited Promotions​
A promotion can be configured to:

Last indefinitely
The promotion remains active until it is manually disabled. -
Expire after a number of uses
The promotion is automatically disabled once it reaches a defined usage limit.
This allows merchants to create:
- Permanent discounts
- Limited-quantity or early-access promotions
Time-Based Product Validity​
For specific products, promotions can also be restricted to a time window.
In this case:
- The promotion applies only if the product is purchased within the defined date range
- Purchases made outside the time window will not receive the promotion
This is useful for:
- Seasonal campaigns
- Flash sales
- Limited-time offers
